Well kept properties benefit the entire community. Rentals that are free of code violations provide a safe place for tenants and their families to call home. Many of our neighbors in Marion-Franklin live in rental properties. We want to recognize those landlords in our community who pride themselves on speedy repairs and good communication with their tenants.
